When my husband and I were choosing a school for our children, we knew we wanted an environment that shared the same beliefs and morals we hold at home — a place where our kids could learn that creation is truth and grow in the biblical proof of their faith. At Valley Christian, we found teachers and staff who pray for our children daily and who trust the Lord to provide direction for our family.

What I love most about our school is the connection between students and families. It’s amazing how connected whole families become because of the relationships our children build at school.

There was a time when Christian education wouldn’t have been possible for our family without ACSTO scholarships. I knew the Lord had told me to trust Him to provide, and by His grace, He used ACSTO to do exactly that.

My encouragement to every parent considering Christian education: pray and seek the Lord’s will for your children. He is faithful. He will lead you to the right school, and if necessary, He will provide the resources to cover the cost — you just need to be obedient and step out in faith. Christian education has been an enormous blessing to our entire family. I am so grateful for the education my children have received and how it has prepared them for life.
