Jeff and I love that God’s word is the authority in our children’s education. In a world that tries to influence and desensitize children to the moral character of the Christian faith, we’ve been grateful that at both Hope and Valley, God’s word is the foundation.

As an educator, I love that I can pray with my students, teach the Bible with passion, and work alongside parents and staff who share the same passion for Jesus. As a parent, I’ve loved the faith and boldness of the staff — teachers and administrators who point our children straight to the gospel message.

Most years, without ACSTO funds, we would not have been able to afford a Christian education. We were amazed by the generosity of family, friends, and often complete strangers — this gift of a tax-credit donation is invaluable.

A Christian education is invaluable. It’s an amazing gift to give your child — true wisdom, strength, and knowledge of God’s word and His ways. We pray that our children will be positive world-changers, and we believe Christian schooling is a vital part of leading them there.

Now that all of our children are in college and beyond, we can see the fruit of our labor. We were so thankful for the praying moms at Valley and at Hope who faithfully prayed for our students. We love that our kids have learned so much about God’s word and have submitted their lives to Jesus, and we’re grateful for the missions trips, serving opportunities, and spiritual emphasis woven through every part of their education.
